No cell service in Naples, Italy
Hi - we are currently traveling in Europe. We just came from France to Naples Italy. Both our phones have the international pass on them. Neither phone can connect to a network in Naples. I spent about 40 minutes last nights with customer service who was unable to resolve the problem and it was too late to continue the call. HEre I am again, today, trying to get customer service help, through the chat function but no one is coming on to the chat. I can't call TMobil because I don't have service. THe only thing that works on my phone is Whatsapp. Extremely frustrating. If anyone else has expereinced connectionproblems overseas and can offer help, we'd greatly appreciate it.671Visto0likes2Comentarios
