Re: T Mobile prepaid account balance is too low
Mine got resolved when I put extra money $50 into the account balance. It messed up again when money came out at my next due date. Obviously something wrong with the way my account is set up but t mobile has not fixed it.

Help needed-customer service
I have been in contact with customer service for 3 days and no one seems to know how to correct. Tengo una cuenta prepagada. Text and data work fine. As soon as I hit a number to call i get this prompt. Your T mobile prepaid balance is too low to complete this call. You must renew your plan or refill your account to complete this call. No one can call me either at the number. I have tickets and t mobile customer service calls me to check if it improved but nothing changes. We did change the esim thinking that was an issue. no luck. Iphone 13.
