I canceled and paid for the month of May-June on May 25th.But they set my cancellation date for June 17th and refunded me my payment for some unknown reason. Then their system saw my payment refunded and went after me for the month of June-July. Have a blessed day and I hope you too are happy. Depending on your situation, you could also change the phone number or move the line off of your account into someone else's name. I'm going through a little problem which is making me cut off some things. Is it possible to keep home internet and stop T-Mobile phone line, I subscribed to T-Mobile home internet before agreeing to the phone plan. Any help will be appreciated.403Visto0likes3ComentariosRe: T-Mobile ID

Hello, I had that problem and I called T-Mobile "again" and a customer service representative did a complaint ticket to restart the process with the email you want to use. It takes a few hours and you can go back in to make a new T-Mobile I. D.4Visto0likes0Comentarios
