Re: VoIP with t-home internet

She collected my download and upload speed (asked me to test it in real time). I am still kind of skeptical based on reviews here that say that all these reps do is lying to you. However, she told me to wait 24-72 hours and gave me "complaintID" I could use to track the status of the request. I'll keep you guys posted. Ok, here is my report: nothing happened. Nobody contacted me, the problem wasn't fixed. At all.37Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Slow upload speed and T Mobile home Internet
I had the same problem. Turned out that the speedtest(.net) by Ookla is not reliable app to test the speed. It assumes that server with the fastest ping is the best server for the test, which is not the case. Mine was almost in another country. That's why upload so slow. (less that 1Mb/sec). Change server manually to one that is closer to you geographically and you most likely Ookla will showthe promsed 5-20 Mb/s. (don't you think it's still too little?, but anyway this is what T-Mobile says is an excellent speed).71Visto1like0ComentariosRe: VoIP with t-home internet
