Re: Voicemails being "Deposited into text"
For iOS duplicate VVT notifications update your service to add on the $0 VVT block feature in the T-Mobile app, online through My T-Mobile. In the T-Mobile app: Open "Account" tab Click "Profile settings" link Select "Block calls and messages" Select "Block Other" on the line you wish to update Turn on "T-Mobile Voicemail to Text Block" You're welcome.182Visto23likes0ComentariosRe: texts not received from other carriers
Erin7217 wrote: Hi! I have been a T-Mobile customer for approximately 2 weeks. When I first transferred my service from Verizon, I was receiving all of my text messages. Two days after switching, all texts stopped from people outside of T-Mobile. I can send text messages and people receive them but I cannot receive text messages from anybody with another carrier, and I cannot receive MMS messages from T-Mobile users. When I contacted customer service, they directed my issue to engineering who responded that I needed a new sim card. I went into the T-Mobile store, got a new SIM, which did not make my text messages push through. So, they thought that it was a device issue and I purchased a new Pixel 4A. The issue still is not fixed. When I re-contacted customer service, they put another request for the engineers. My text messages pushed through approximately 3 to 4 days later. Then I stopped receiving messages again and it was pushed back to engineering. A few days after that all of my text messages came through and I had messaging for about 5 days. Yet again, my messages stopped. Engineers' response was that I need a new phone. I'm not quite sure how that would fix this issue because I already did get a new phone with a new SIM card and that didn't fix the messaging issue. Does anybody have an idea? Hello Erin! As long as their is no blocking placed on your line then you can try and Update Carrier Service on your Google Play Store. Power cycle the device and run some test.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Familywhere location inaccuracy
T-Mobile FamilyWhere® uses GPS and other networktechnologies toobtain locations. La ubicación GPS puede ser muy exacta si el teléfono puede "ver" los satélites GPS. If the phone is indoors or in a place where it cannot directly see the GPS satellites, the system automatically uses alternative locationtechnologies.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Pixel 3a call audio drops
Hi there buddy, we can try to further isolate the problem by running the phone solely on 4G. You can change this by going to your settings Google Pixel 3a - Network Mode Settings. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps. > Mobile Network. Tap Preferred network type. Now doing this will help you identify if you have a reception issue. You just need to make sure that you already performed all the basic troubleshooting stuff like Reset Network Setting and Software Version should be updated. Perform this and I will follow through this if it doesn't work.11Visto0likes0Comentarios
