Holiday sales?
Hi, I am an existing customerconsidering the purchase of an iPhone 15 and wonder if T-Mobile runs Holiday sales or offers incentives on the purchase of an iPhone. To be clear, I am not interested in adding additional lines to my plan or moving to ahigher plan tier. I'm trying to find out if it makessense for me to buy an iPhone here rather than directly from an Apple store. ¡Gracias!103Visto0likes4ComentariosRe: i have home internet from Tmobile. is there a way to set my location on the modem.because of this i can only cast my hulu to tv, i cant use roku
"Going back to ATT fiber optic." That is the proper solution. i wouldn't last 2 days on Tmobile 5G Internet with these kinds of issues. You should not have to be some kind of tech whiz/troubleshooter to use the service. At this point, after reading countless nightmare scenarios here, I don't even want to go through the hassle of trying their service or spending weeks on the phone with some kids reading off a script, or beating my head against the wall trying to get this fledgling, unreliable tech to work at my location. Broadband is more expensive but at least for us, it is reliable and basically trouble-free. And issues we may encounter on a rare basis are resolved with a single reboot. YMMV.40Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE
These people threatening lawsuits because of dropped or unreliable connections have been watching too many movies. No legitimate attorney takes a case where there is nocause of action and I would be surprised if any evenoffered to waste their time with a "free consultation" after spending 10 seconds on the phone with a rambling caller.Instead of threatening "class action" suits when it doesn't fit the mold, spend some time reading over the terms and conditions. Then think about signing up for broadband or fiber internet instead of willingly paying a monthly fee for a product you're that unhappy with.11Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 55+ plan is for millionaires
A plan for millionaires? You are clueless. I switched to T-mobile about 3months ago after 20+ years on Verizon, which doesn't offer a senior plan. I should have switched years ago. We have the Magenta 55+ plan here. My bill is $70 per month for two. I was paying nearly double that on Verizon for virtually the same thing. You do the math.19Visto0likes0ComentariosGoing from Android to iPhone
For those of you who have upgraded your Android phone to an iPhone via the online purchase at T-Mobile, was the switch from physical SIM to eSim smooth? Did you have to involve T-Mobile before activating your phone? Also, what kind of experience did you have with the Move to IOS app? Thank you!7.4KViews0likes1ComentarioRe: Suddenly slow home internet.
To me, as a potential 5G Internet customer, it became clear very quickly that this kind of inconsistent performance would be the norm. There are just too many people who have insufferably slow speeds or are dead in the water for hours daily. The question people have to ask themselves is can they live with it. In our case, we really can't.Because my wife works from home several days a week and depends on access, we could not roll the dice on this. Thus, for now we will have to stick with our more expensive but much more reliable and consistent broadband. Wish that weren't the case, but it is. YMMV.14Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Tired of getting unnecessary calls
Getting a new phone number won't solve your problem. You'll just get bogus calls from different people and different robos. Get a spam blocker and you should see a noticeable decrease in these bogus calls. Also, block anyone who erroneously calls you. This won't end all misdials or robocalls, but it helps a lot. At least it has for me.17Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: magenta max and promotions
"Magenta Max will get you a huge payment for 24months with service that can't even be used. Why? Because Tmaybe lies about their coverage and your brand new phone on Tmaybe won't connect to the network." Well, I've been able to use the service fine. This is typically "operator error." When you calm down, try to think through the problem and see if the issue could be on your end. I've known people who have accidentally switched airplane mode on and then blew their stack when they couldn't make a call.13Visto0likes0Comentarios
