A2p10dlc registered sending getting blocked
We are a registered A2P10DLC sender via Twilio and our messages are being flagged as spam. This is affecting our day to day operations. We send our members confirmation links which they are not receiving causing problems in our business.

personally i would recommend contacting them via FB/Twitter since that lands you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
