Account authorization
As soon as our long-time Sprint account was switched to T-Mobile, it made my wife's line the primary account line, even though I have always been the primary account holder (I opened the original account & pay the bill). Her line is listed under my name. It's annoying that all text notifications go to her phone instead of mine-I'm the one that pays the bill & needs this notification.
Reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter explaining that the wrong line is set as the PAH.
