cancel phone lines and keep internet
Can I cancel my MAX phone lines and keep the internet at $25.00 month?
I can NOT get any truth from the online support reps. I can't stay with a company that lies on everything and the people in the stores say the MGMT knows it but doesn't care and they can't do anything to help.
T-Mobile people do not even care,. In the stores they seem to not care because you aren't making a new purchase so they don't get the commissions.
Is there any email addresses that you have to T-Mobile?

The internet discounted pricing is due to your cell line. You cancel the phine(s), your internet will increase to at least $50 and potentially more.
Thanks I figured as much. it makes since though. I don't have a problem with that.
I really and disappointed with T-Mobile now. what a shame. lies and poor customer service. They don't care about existing customers anymore they just want new customers. I guess that is also a way to get thru new price increase and eliminate the old accounts with lower pricing. So much for no price increases. True no increases but no service either, you have to buy new phones if you stay as customer. that's the same as a price increase to me. It's all how you slice it, isn't it.
