Can't Order SIM for Existing Phone Number
Hello, I am currently trying to get a replacement physical SIM Card from T-Mobile for my already existing line. When I try and order one for a existing phone number, it tells me to log in even though...
call a physical store and see if they have any in stock?
It maybe a protocol making you call support to prevent Sim swapping. This way they can verify the request.
