Confirm CellSpot Coverage Address

I am receiving notification from T-Mobile that they cannot confirm my CellSpot coverage address. I follow the procedure to confirm via text messaging, but there is no reply.  I tried to confirm the correct address with my online account (it already is correct, nothing has changed), so nothing is there to allow me to confirm it.  If I call 611, the people answering have no idea how to confirm my address.

Any ideas how to do this - I am dependent upon my CellSpot because the coverage is so bad in our area in Florida.

  • Hello Did you ever fix this problem and if so how? I just got the same message yesterday

  • I am also getting this message.  When I call 611, there is just a message saying they are unable to answer the phone right now because of technical difficulties.

     

  • you can also contact TMO via one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..doubt those are down.
