Confirm CellSpot Coverage Address
I am receiving notification from T-Mobile that they cannot confirm my CellSpot coverage address. I follow the procedure to confirm via text messaging, but there is no reply. I tried to confirm the correct address with my online account (it already is correct, nothing has changed), so nothing is there to allow me to confirm it. If I call 611, the people answering have no idea how to confirm my address.
Any ideas how to do this - I am dependent upon my CellSpot because the coverage is so bad in our area in Florida.

you can also contact TMO via one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..doubt those are down.
I am also getting this message. When I call 611, there is just a message saying they are unable to answer the phone right now because of technical difficulties.
