Mine is not that bad, but the free phone is not free for 55 and over. I've had to make 10 plus phone calls to them so far and I'm not done yet. I wish I'd never messed with this company. They won't be happy they messed with me the web goes far. I could have bought this crappy phone for half the price anywhere else. Now I'm trying to find out how to send this back. Good luck.
