Double Charged for phones
Main reason I left T-Mobile this year after 10 years of having my line.
When T-Mobile bought out Sprint and moved into Best Buy 2021, I purchased my upgrade to an iphone 13 using my BestBuy Credit Card. After looking at my bill to close my account, I noticed that T-Mobile was charging me for that phone through a Payment Plan, even though I made the $500 purchase of the phone with my Best Buy Card.
Why did/is T-Mobile charging me for a phone that I bought and paid off already through Best Buy?
I called T-Mobile, as per usual they were unhelpful and then told me to go to Best Buy to have them make a note on my account and possibly print the receipt. At this point I had told the customer service worker at T-Mobile that I have a copy of the receipt and I can send it to her.
Arrived at Best Buy and explained the entire situation, which made them just as equally confused why I was being charge through T-Mobile when I had paid it off with my Best Buy Card. Any help or guidance would be helpful, before myself and my sister who worked for the executive corporate level with Verizon for 10 years take this matter to t-Mobile corporate.

An iPhone 13 costs more than $500. That $500 was more than likely the deposit plus the full taxes for the full cost of the device with the rest being put on an EIP.

Yes I'm aware of the $799 price that reflects how much the phone cost. However, I had discounts and gift cards to help bring the price down to $500 which I covered with my Best Buy card.

Can Tmobile produce a copy of the EIP you signrd? If you signed one you should have received a copy, I did when I upgraded through Best Buy.
