False Information in Promotional Email

Twice now I've gotten emails from T-Mobile offering a free upgrade to an iPhone 16 "on your current plan." Both times I went through the entire process of setting up an order only to find really fine...

Personally, when I see a promotion that catches my interest.  I log into my T-Mobile account and see if that promotion is available to me and what the terms of it are.

    As do I, but what this email says and what the promotion actually is are two very different things.
