Fraudulent billing
In the store the manager whipped a screen protector and case out of the box and slapped it on before he even activated the phone. Online I see I have payment plan for 80$ for over priced accessories and an ugly case. I have ported 2 lines in for 2 phones I purchased. The manager gave me another sims card saying it was a "free line" because one of the promos is buy one get one free. Now I'm being charged for 5 line while I have 2 devices. And a more expensive plan. I called customer service because the chat is worthless. To cancel these extra lines is going to take another billing cycle. That billing cycle rolls around. Welp now I have 3 lines, a line that was supposed to be cancelled, and a plan that is still $100 more a month. This company is skilled in the art of screwing you over as many ways as possible.
Call Tmobile support to complain since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so hopefully they will credit you.
