Getting errors: I can't complete a payment to refill my account
I keep getting this empty error message every time I try to complete a payment. I've tried it both on desktop and mobile, tried different cards, and tried a saved card vs inputting all the info again.
It’s been going on for over a week. Help?

WOW 1st post and not a bit of help to the O/P. Guess you just need a place to vent or complain. To the OP try reaching out to T-Mobile through their Facebook page you may get your issue to your satisfaction

Honestly, after seeing a lot of people with the same issue for months and months, I’ll just go ahead and switch.

Ric buddy why dont you help the original fellow? Since youre such a wiz. I am definitely switching as soon as my phone arrives. I have already paid and been charged for this months service which I pay for in advance. As per usual a few minutes after receiving the text confirmation from the flaming garbage barge I then lost all service. The only reliable part of having tmobile
