GETTING RIPPED OFF BY T MOBILE
I STARTED A NEW SERVICE ON OCTOBER 4TH PAYING OUT $194.75 TO T MOBILE. 20 DAYS LATER ANOTHER BILL CAME MY WAY ASKING FOR ANOTHER $194.75 ON OCTOBER 25TH. AND ON NOVEMBER THE 7TH ANOTHER $194.75 IS ASK FOR PAYMENT AGAIN. TOTALLING $583.25 FOR ONE MONTH OF SERVICE. WOTH TAX IT WILL BE $627.65 GIVE OR TAKE!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO SUCH NONSENSE

Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care at 611 from tour T-Mobile number to inquire about why you are being billed what you are being billed for? You can also reach out to T-Mobile by using the chat when logged in to your my.t-mobile.com account or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Twitter or Facebook.

I can’t believe that TMobile got me to pay off my family’s four phones at approx $700 each with the Keep and Switch promotional promise of rebates for each and now I can’t reach anyone in their RC Solutions department to find our the status of the rebate.
When I call their RC Solutions number, “We’re sorry, but we cannot take your call at this time”
When I check for status on the website, the “Check Rebate Status” link takes me to “Start a New Submission”
I am totally disgusted.
