I’m right there with you they shipped me a box which ups would not deliver because there was no phone in it but they won’t give me my money back so I’ve called the BBB and reported them to the FCC and I’m going to file a small claims suit tomorrow I’m sick of all the lies first I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours for my money I did that then they said I need to wait another 24 to 48 hours they then sent me to the store and they got the run around now they want me to wait 7 to 10 days UPS is got a pretty good rep in my area but TMobil you are going to regret messing around with this grandma I’m going to shout it to anyone that you are a pack of theives
