How many lines can we add to a T-mobile One account?
I was having the understanding that one could add somewhere between 12-15 lines to the legacy T-mobile One plan (based on a T-mobile employee's response on the community discussions on this website). I am currently on the plan with 7 lines and was trying to add 2 new lines and the agent on phone told me that I cannot add more than 8. Can someone confirm this please?
If you want an answer fast from a T-Mobile person I suggest contacting TMobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
Fwiw I thought I read it was 8 lines for a One plan.
