HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF REBATE?

I was scammed as well. Never received rebate and I did everything properly. T-Mobile is f.o.s.

I would recommend screenshotting all conversations with TMobile and filing a complaint.

They scammed us - we purchased two Internet devices and two phones!  They have a chance to fix it - but there is no where to contact them on this subject!   We are going to fiber and they can figure out why they are losing business!

I was promised a $100 gift card that I never received but when I checked the status it said it was delivered. All lies!!

I was told I would get a free Apple Watch but the catch, which was not disclosed to me at the time I got it, is that it's free as long as I have an open account with T-Mobile if I leave I have to pay for the  balance remaining , that's not free. I felt lied to, kind of pushed into something without full disclosure
