I can't recive sms/text messages from Spain
Since a month ago aprox. I cannot recive any sms or Text messages from Spain. I don't know why. The last November I upgrade my plan, but in December I restore my original plan again. I don't really ...

Como @fireguy_6364 says, you need to get past the first level of support and talk with Tech Support or T-Force about this. Be in place where you can stay on the phone or computer for up to an hour and it would help if you were ready to log into your Spanish bank. They may need you to generate the 2FA text so they can watch it come into the system to see if it's being trapped by the SPAM filter.
Customers often complain that they don't receive 2FA codes from US domestic banks. T-Mobile is known to block texts that are considered "SPAM" by their system. You might want to try to contact Tech Support or T-Force to see if this sender is on the SPAM list.
