Major issue - cannot get a hold of customer service!!!

As I type this I have three phones holding for a rep and have been on hold a half hour. The only way I get someone on the phone is to select new accounts/new activation, but then they cannot help me. 

I can’t even get someone on the phone to cancel my lines! 

This has been going on for three days now. 

This company has gone downhill. Can anyone please call me???!!!

  • the site is primarily peer to peer assistance only..

     

     

    with that being said..you can also contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..either of those two will start you off with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.

    Both of which accounts, FB and TwTR, I do not have, nor do I want. At this point, over an hour on hold on two separate phones, I just want Customer Care at this point to cancel lines. 

  • then your options are chat if its available or calling in..or going into a physical brick and mortar store and canceling.

    you seem to think you know so much, let me tell you, I’ve tried that. they tell me they are not allowed to close accounts at the store

  • then you get either calling in or the chat feature if its available.

    yeah, finally got some guy, took me an hour and a half on hold, thanks for nothing

  • *shrug* there are other easier ways to contact them with more often than not better results..you just have to expand on what things youre willing to use.
