My phone is suspended, but it still asks for full payment.
I have my phone suspended for about two months (until end of Feb) and was told I'd only have to pay 10.00 per month up till then.
But why is it asking me to pay in full? the full roughly 70 dollars I currently don't have to spend. I'm a bit frustrated atm. It's now asking me to pay in full for Feb.
is the phone on a lease or do you own it outright? if its being leased then it might be 10 per month plus whatever is owed each month for the phone itself?
Did you suspend it in a middle of a billing cycle? If so you probably are still on the hook for the last full bill.
