Once can only contact tmoble through telephone?
I am locked out of my phone. None of the online resources seem particularly helpful. There's no way to reset the phone easily from my secure internet account. To top it off, apparently there's no chat help feature to get in touch with TMobile. I apparently have to have my phone to do that. So if one ever has a lapse and forgets the password to the phone you don't actually have a way to fix it.
This is why I keep a Google Voice virtual phone line active. Some Skype Out or Viber Out credit would work too. You can try to contact @TMobileHelp on Twitter.
