One-time passes for ipad

I think it's just what you might believe it is. Monthly plan you pay every month. One-time passes are good for a set amount of time for a set price. Don't quote me on that as I've been known to be wrong before. But that's my take on it.

You need a mobile data plan for an iPad not a cellular plan.
