Ordered iPhone 16 plus never came.
Just ordered an iPhone 16 plus. UPS came delivered an empty box. Called UPS right away called T-Mobile right away. Now they will investigate, while you get charged for a phone that was not received. I will not be paying for this, I don't care getting the local news involved. Tired of this crap and run around. It's a racket.
You are blaming T-Mobile because your friendly neighborhood thiefs/delivery people can't keep their hands off of things?!? My Pixel 9 Pro XL came in a box that was opened back in August. It's a good thing they wanted an iPhone because my Pixel was still in the heavily destroyed outer box but the phone box was not opened.
