Pay off Device
Where is the tab to pay off device, I want to bring my monthly bill down, by paying off what is owed on my device.
You go to the line then click on installment plan and that takes you to where you can pay it off or make extra payments.

Just to be sure - do you have any monthly promotional credits tied to your monthly equipment charge? If you do, I would call TMO support and confirm the promotional credits will continue with payoff and then payoff the balance while you are on the phone with them. If you don't have any credits left, then yes, you can pay any amount on top of minimum monthly charge online as @gramps28 stated.
