you should still have enough time to edit out your phone number..fully public site so everyone and their mom now have your contact number...try to avoid posting anything personal in here..birthday..physical address..phone number..
you will need to either call in or contact TMO through Facebook or Twitter..the site here is primarily peer to peer with a handful of adminds/moderators to keep the site in order only..they do not have account access.
