Plan removed and line cancelled

Hola,

My line was removed from a group plan, I already paid but my number stopped working. I cannot receive or make calls, send messages or even book a ride to go to the nearest store. I was told my number was terminated for no reason due to my line being removed from the group plan.

I need help.
