dont fall for the "free line"
I got called by a tmobile store and said I was eligible for a 100% free line. I called customer support and the rep agreed and suggested to me that yes it was 100% true and free for being a loyal tmo...

I can't believe this happened to me too. I believed on the tmobile customer service when he said I register for 1 line and 2nd line free. Now, after 2 years I figured out that I paid for that free line for 2 years; costed me more than $700. The customer service says they will help to cancel that line and reimbursed $30. That's all they can do.
That's how you are loosing your business. The customers is your business and you lie to us.
