How do I check/change PIN

T-Mobile has outsourced their customer service over seas, the last lady I spoke with was a nice Pilipino
she could understand English ,but not well enough to help with my predicament, I am canceling my service after 26 years and moving to another carrier. I have always had the problem of forgetting my pin, and were able to use other identifying information to access my account, but now it is nothing but a complicating time consuming maze . at the age of 70 dealing with T-mobile is not worth my time ,see ya.
