So far I have...
- Requested T-Mobile to delete my personal data that is no longer needed for the running of their business (e.g. my SSN, which turned up on the dark web). They clearly cannot be trusted to store this data securely.
- Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking T-Mobile to provide me with free credit monitoring since they did not advise me to do so at the time it was available.
- Joined a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. Given what happened I feel there must be consequences. I'm particularly keen to see them punished for not informing their customers of the data breach.
