what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
- Hace 2 años
That was announced months ago. It is because credit card companies charge a service charge that is based on the percentage of every transaction, which eats into T-Mobile's revenue. Removing the auto pay discount for credit cards negates that.
I REALLY LOVED TMOBILE….for about 4 years. When my BF and I got our double lines and $10 discount, we were very happy. (We are seniors on the original Magenta Plan. ) Not only that BUT "back" when we signed up, we got 20gb fast hotspot each month for each phone, Well 2 years later, we noticed WHEN we had to use our HS it slowed down after an hour or so - called TMOBILE and they said we NEVER had 20g fast hotspot on our Magenta acount - and there was no proof of course, even though we KNEW we had it. (I EVEN found the original ad floating around the internet; took a pic on my phone and showed it to them - they still denied our lan ever had that fast of GB - but a few weeks later, you couldn't find that ad anywhere on the net) Come to find out later that TM upped the next Magenta account after ours (For a $20 increase) greedy and the worst is they wouldn't admit it. Anyway NOW this, they can keep my $10 and play with it all night long - i will NOT add a bank account or debit card - thats just asking for another breach. Unfortunately ALL the phone companies are like this, or I would switch in a minute...
