remove line from my ONE olan
I have an old one plan with 5 lines, one of which I no longer use. Is it possible to remove the line and lower my bill?
You will need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 or DM T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to find out if cancelling a line will lower your plan. No one here has access to your account as this is primarily a peer help forum for customers to seek out help from other customers.
