Return Wifi equipment
So I had issues ordering wifi, I called and had someone order it over the phone. Well I ended up getting 3 wifi routers in total. I went and returned 2 to my local store. They said I was good to go. I ended up getting a $237.82 no return fee because my local store decided to keep the routers instead of send them back to the warehouse. NOW T-Mobile is saying they can't find them. Even after showing proof I returned them, it's still my problem….
Has anyone had this happen?

I had a similar issue at the store. First device didn't work. They took to the back room. At up 2nd device without acknowledging I only walked out with 1 device. Took a lot of phone calls to resolve.

Wifi return label not yet received via email. Stores (tried 2 of them) refused to accept the device. We had a plane to catch.
Now I'm waiting over a week for the email with a return label. Was supposed to arrive next day. Gahhhhh!!
We have moved out of country and have no cell service yet so I cannot call. Left our device with a good neighbor who will drop at UPS but need the RA label!
Can find a way to text or email customer service. Ideas anyone? Need help please.
