Samsung S23 checkout issues
I am trying to by the Samsung Galaxy S23 from the Samsung website with the T-Moble discount. I have credits by Samsung that allows me to get free 1 year Samsung Care + a free accessory.
But I am stuck during checkout with the error above.

Make sure you have the plan required for the promo you are selecting already set in your my.t-mobile.com.om account first.
There have been a lot of.issues trying to pre-order through Samsung. This thread details a few of them.

I did, I am on the ONE plan right now, but tried to change it in my account to have the Magenta MAX plan. But that change isn't gonna happen until the 15th. I tried to explain this to T-Mobile support twice already with no success. I was hoping them seeing the error message would help them to fix my account to be accepted by Samsung.

The pending plan change should be fine. The devi e isn't released until February 17th. You also could have added the Plus add-on to your One Plan to meet the qualification for the promo. Magenta Max and One Plus are essentially the same and cost the same.
