If your plan is going to get changed they will notify you starting the 17th so there is really no need to contact Tmobile support by phone tying up the lines if you haven't been contacted yet.

I tried to reach customer service today 10/16/23 so I can opt out - I don't want my bill do go up.  I don't want to accept this new plan.  I was not notified by T-Mobile.  A friend sent me information about waiting for 4 hours on the line to speak to a T-Mobile Agent to request OPT-OUT.  But today I've tried several times this morning and when the recording comes on , it automatically disconnect the call so I want to OPT-OUT all phone and devise lines associated with my bill but there is on way to speak to an agent and I understand the OPT-OUT has to be given to T-Mobile before the 17th.  Can somebody from T-Mobile respond and advise that they received my OPT-OUT request please.

The opt out doesn't start till the 17th if you're notified so there's no reason to call until your notified.

How are you notified through Text, email or by logging into your account?

Probably all 3 like they did with the autopay change.
