Stolen Order delivered
I'm curious if anyone has any resolution to this as it just happened to me recently when we switched to T-Mobile (terrible mistake). We ordered 3 new phones and only 2 arrived. They reluctantly sent us a replacement but now having finished their "warehouse investigation" have determined I have the missing device and now I had to pay the sales tax on it and pay monthly for it for the next 2 years! I am so frustrated and angry as I feel there is nothing I can do. Their proof that we "stole" the device is that the missing device made 1000s of calls in a couple of days all over the place and 1 of the numbers that the missing phone called also called the replacement phone! Seems like an internal fraud scheme where the bad actors know all they need to do is make a call to the replacement phone and bingo - the customer is the perpetrator. I am about to seek legal advice but just wanted to know if anyone resolved this?
