T-Mobile account login issue with Firefox

Actually, I’ve been having this issue for quite a while and there doesn’t seem to be a way to notify the webmaster (or anyone else) that there’s a problem.
I can long in, see my account, etc. But once I press "pay bill," it takes me to a screen that is all white (i.e., the page never loads). So, I have to switch over to another (less secure) browser.
Firefox is one of the top 3 browsers in the U.S. There's nothing going on on T-Mobile's website that could reasonably be incompatible with it. It's a business website. More importantly, the page where they collect money. It's not a special effects extravaganza.
FIX THIS!
