T_Mobile sent my refund to wrong address
TMobile sent my refund to my old address across the state and now refuses to send me the refund I never got. I have been getting my bills to the current address and they took my payment out of my checking account but they sent my refund by gift card to my old address and they refuse to make good on the refund I never got.
I have been dealing with this for three months and they tell me I am out of luck for a problem they created.
How did they still have your old address as the Primary address on the account? Did you not update your primary address on the account when you moved? Just updating your billing address does not change the Primary account holders address.
I don’t know. I changed my primary and billing address.
