Trade‑in or JUMP! Redemption for

 

0n 27 Jan 2023, under the trade-in or JUMP! Redemption, I traded in my Apple iPhone 8 64GB Gold - ATT with serial number 356392109752114; RMA #: TMU28050038027842 for a new iPhone14-Blue-128GB from T-Mobile (please see details under order details in my account).

However, the iPhone14-Blue-128GB was defective and after weeks of troubleshooting with T-Mobile and Apple store, the device had to be returned. A supervisor asked me to return the device through UPS. I returned iPhone14-Blue-128GB and my account was credited for $85.10 that I paid towards taxes.

Since then, I have been calling and texting T-Mobile requesting them to send a replacement device under the promotion for $200 trade-in of the Apple iPhone 8 64GB Gold. So far, all my efforts and time are in vain.

I will appreciate that you send me an eligible Samsung Galaxy device as a replacement for the iPhone14-Blue-128GB and apply the $200 promotion as loyal T-Mobile customer.

  • This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter if you use them. If not you will need to call Tmobile or use live chat option.

    I have been tried calling T-Mobile but I get automated music for hours no matter what time of the day I call. For the first year of service I could reach agents on the phone. Then I tried T-Mobile messaging, but everytime a new agent comes in I have to repeat typing the same issue again and again for hours. After that they say they will get back to me with an answer and no one does. 

    Does T-Mobile have an official email for customer requests? This way I write the issue once and have to yo repeat it several times.
