Trade in device: Storage and Color not match
I just placed my order with a trade-in promotion. After placing the order, I noticed that the serial number listed for the trade in device match with my old phone IMEI, the model is correct as well, but the color and storage do not match. Will there be an issue when I trade in my phone later?
This happened a couple times for me as well. Color won't matter but if the storage is different it will only affect how your one time credit versus your monthly credits are calculated, but when you add both, it should equal your total trade in amount as you expected. They don't really care what you send them as long as IMEI matches. If possible, just take your trade in to a local TMO store and they will confirm your total trade in value before you hand it over to them.

Thank you for your experience. This is my first time trading in a phone at TMO so I wanted to make sure there won't be any issue. The value difference for the one time credit is $10 so I am not too concerned about that. I have heard stories about mailing the phone and it got lost even USPS says delivered. Therefore, yea, I will bring it to a store. Gracias.
