Looking through all of the messages from folks who appear to be in similar situations, it seems that T-Mobile has a poor record with respect to phone returns.
I wonder if an enterprising lawyer or law firm would be kind enough to put together a class action? Just think if everyone got their $900 or $1400 back?
I don't work for T-Mobile. I am just a customer that likes to help others, when possible.
