Usage details is NOT solved at all - why not ?

I started reporting it weeks ago and may expert technician indeed called me daily Mo-Fr, but never explained that the problem is known. I have 6 lines in my account attached to ONE plan. The last usage entry was 1/26/2023 just a month ago. My problem: I have no back ups for the end of January or February til date to bill my clients, I got extremely worried since I thought I was a single case. Now I feel a bit better, but the problem is not solved. It is hard to believe that such a big company is taking this long to get this done. Mind you I am a client since 2005 and am proud to be with T-mobile. B U T  what is next and how do I catch up? 

  • Same. No usage details since 1/26. We need a timeline for repair, T-Mobile! Please don't leave us hanging

    Hello. I just got confirmation that this issue is now resolved. You may need to log out of your account and clear browser history, but all is up and running.
