voicemail problem

I have a problem, with a couple of voice messages, which continue and continue to appear in my cell phone notifications, I don't know what else to do apart from listening to them, is there a way to remove them from the T Mobile website? Or receive technical help?
What I can do?
The notification will usually remain until listened then they will disappear.
You can check in the notifications settings to see if the voicemail notifications can be changed.

Have you tried rebooting?
