what i could do to remove a line

I now have two phone numbers and it is a new month to pay. Since I do not need one of the line, I decided to remove it. However, my residual amount is too low to have a call, but I hope to remove one of the phone number before I pay this month's amount. What should I do and where I can find the customer team to chat or text with?
