when will detailed usage be updated, 12+ days now
My detailed usage for talk and text shows the correct total but when I click the details I get the previous billing cycle details ending 01/30/23. Anyone know what's going on?
The wait is finally over. Usage details are now back to normal 😎 You might want to log out of your account and clear browser history. I tested it out with my account and everything is good to go.
Other threads are mentioning that customer service told them this feature is going way. That it will not be fixed. Can anyone else confirm?
