When will usage data be upated
None of my usage details have updated since 2/14. Looking at the new cycle shows calls/texts, but when you look at the detail it is all from the last cycle. Really poor experience for the customer. W...

All the feedback and tickets that were filed about the Usage Details missing from the app and website have paid off. I am excited to announce that this is now resolved and those details are back to normal. I recommend logging out and clearing browser history, but you shouldn't see any more errors getting those call, message, and data logs. 😎

Hi, just wanted to pop in to say that T-Mobile is aware this is happening and has our back-end teams on the job! There is not an ETA or resolution to provide at this point, but it's being worked on for sure.
