WHY CAN'T I REFER A FRIEND?
I ENTERED ALL DATA ACCORDING TO THE REP ON THE PHONE TO PROPERLY ENTER REFERRAL PERSON ON MY ACCOUNT… I WAS SENT TO A SCREEN SAYING I CANNOT REFER A FRIEND.. WTF?
I am having the same issue. I've tried several times over the past week, and it kept just bringing me back to the page where you set up refer-a-friend benefit. I finally got frustrated today and just kept checking that I accept terms and conditions and then clicking the button. I did this about 5 times and then got a message that says I'm not eligible to refer a friend (NOTE: I did read the requirements first and I should indeed be eligible).
